Patient: Adult spayed female, who presented with a chief complaint of trouble urinating and blood in the urine. She had a history of recurrent urinary tract infections that never fully resolved with antibiotic treatment.

Dx: Urinalysis showed urinary tract infection with crystals in the urine. Definitive diagnosis of bladder stones.

Treatment: Surgery known as Cystotomy to remove the stones from the bladder, oral antibiotics and a special diet to prevent recurrence.

Case 2:

Patient: A young intact adult male, that was hit by a car.

Dx: Several pelvic fractures

Treatment: Surgical fixation with a four hole plate and screws, and cage rest.
