Do your doctors take phone calls?
If you need to speak to a Doctor, they do have a phone call hour between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm every day. However, our staff is always happy to answer any questions you may have if able.

Do you allow visitors in to your facility?
You are welcome to make an appointment to inspect our hospital and boarding facilities. Please call us at (716)773-7646.

Can we visit our pet while they are hospitalized?
We do not allow visits with your pet while he is hospitalized. Although you may feel better if you see him, it may not help his recovery. Visits often cause excessive nervous excitement for the pet being visited and for other nearby patients. We must give primary consideration to the welfare of all of our patients. At the discretion of the doctor, visits are occasionally warranted and solicited.

What are your admitting and releasing policies?
Pets scheduled for inpatient treatment or surgery are admitted between 7 and 9 am. Your pet will be released between 3 and 8 pm so we can make sure your pet has fully recovered from the treatment and anesthesia. You will be given instructions and medication for any needed home treatment. If your pet must remain in the hospital overnight, a licensed veterinary technician will make rounds throughout the night to ensure your pet's well-being.
